Google for Work now lets anyone join a Hangout without an account

Google is rolling an update for Hangouts this week that should remove some of the frustration felt when attempting to join a call, at least for Google for Work users.
Essentially, the change will allow you to join a call simply by clicking a link – no logging in or providing a Google account. Click a link, and you’re in.
Naturally, the presenter retains control of who can or can’t enter the conversation and gets a prompt to accept or reject the entry when someone clicks the link.
